Make a Difference by Being a Peer Volunteer Leader

Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging & its five Senior Community Centers are partnering with Penn State to offer a free strength training program to participants 50 years of age & over. The program is designed to build strength and function in a social and fun setting. Participants tell us that “it is fun being with others during the exercise time” and “carrying packages and groceries from the store is much easier now”.
