Update Important Senior Community Center Update
As a preventative step against the COVID -19 pandemic, Lebanon County Area Agency On Aging’s five Senior Community centers will be closed from 11/23/20 through 1/8/21.
Take- out, cold lunches will be offered 4 days per week at four of our five centers. Our Maple Street center will offer take-out, cold lunches five days per week. Reservations for meals must be made by calling the center at least one day in advance.
Hand out material, including games, puzzles, consumer education & nutrition education information will also be available on a take -out basis at all five centers.

Four of the five Senior Community Centers will be open four days per week for take-out meals & materials only. Our Maple Street Center will be open five days per week for take-out meals & material only as well. To order a meal, the center must be called at least one day in advance.
Check each center’s calendar for changes/days of operation.
Take- out meals ordered will be cold meals only per the posted menus.
Access to agency services including Pharmaceutical Assistance (PACE) applications, rent and tax rebates, and fuel assistance are provided.
Persons must be 60 years of age or older to be eligible to participate.
Transportation is available daily for registered riders to all of the centers via Lebanon Transit (LT) van services. Reservations for transportation can be made by calling before 2pm the day before.
