Children and Youth Services

Lebanon County Children and Youth is a public child welfare agency mandated to provide child protection services to Lebanon County children and families. The Agency investigates reports of child abuse and neglect and provides intervention services to address safety threats and risk factors and works to stabilize the family. We work collaboratively with families and community resources to develop and implement plans that promote safety and well-being. We are committed to providing best practice interventions and prevention services to meet our mandate of assuring children are protected from harm or danger. The Agency's mission is to address the safety, permanency and well-being of children and youth at risk of abuse and neglect.


Office Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
If a crisis occurs after business hours, a standby case worker is available by calling the Emergency Management at 717-272-2054. If it is a situation involving a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.


Referrals & Reports
To report child abuse or neglect, call the ChildLine Hotline at 1-800-932-0313 or visit https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis anytime. Referrals can be made to the Agency by calling (717)228-4430 during regular business hours.
