Mental Health / Intellectual Disabilities / Early Intervention Program

The Lebanon County MH/ID/EI Program provides services to Lebanon County residents who have certain mental health diagnoses, a diagnosis of intellectual disability, or to children from birth up to the age of three who have a developmental delay or are at risk for a developmental delay. Through case management, MH/ID/EI provides intake, assessment, and coordination of the following services: outpatient psychotherapy, psychiatric and psychological evaluation, medication monitoring, residential programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, vocational and social rehabilitation, short-term inpatient, partial hospitalization, early intervention services (birth to three years) and 24-hour emergency services. Consultation and education services are available upon request.

The Early Intervention Program provides services to children from birth to age three living in Lebanon County who have a developmental delay or are at risk for a developmental delay. Therapeutic and support services are provided to eligible children and their families based on the individual needs of the child and family as determined by a team assessment. Services such as special instruction, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other family-centered- services will teach families how to support and encourage their child's development in order for the child to develop skills to their full potential. Services are provided in a natural environment such as the home or a day care setting.
