Collections and Disbursement Unit (CDU): Collections in the Courts – AOPC Brochure


Payment Methods

  • In person: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, or Master Card.
    All payments are processed Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, at the Lebanon County Probation Department, Attn: CDU, 508 Oak Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.

  • By mail: Check or Money Order. Send and make payable to the address above.
    (DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail!)
    • To ensure that the payment is applied to the correct account, include the NAME, DOCKET NUMBER, Date of Birth and/or Social Security number of the Defendant with the payment.
    • Payments made by mail MUST include a self-addressed stamped envelope if a receipt is to be returned to the payer.
    • If a bad check (NSF etc.) was processed as a payment in the past on the account to be paid, no personal checks will be accepted as payment for that account.

  • On-line: Click the link below to be directed to the ePay website.

  • We DO NOT accept payments over the phone.

  • Online:
    Pennsylvania's Unified Judicial System
    • The Default search option is Docket Number.
    • If the Docket Number is not known, choose the search type of Participant Name.
  • By Phone: Call the Lebanon County Probation Department at (717)-273-1557 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
